My thoughts:

Overall, yay for this race raising $14 MILLION for Leukemia and Lymphoma research. $14 million dollars closer to finding a cure! Awesome!!!!! I have to admit though that I am a little bummed that the total amount raised is down this year. In the year's previous, at least $18 million was raised. However, this year was a hard year to raise money. With the economy and loss of jobs, people just don't have the funds to donate to worthy causes. With this in mind, I will say YAY again for the money that was raised! Yay, yay, yay!!! Thank you to all of you who have donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Team In Training. We thank you! I thank you!!

That is still a lot of money- and you are right about the economy, people don't have a lot of extra right now.
